In less than 24 hours Jay and I will be en route to The Big Island! This is the biggest adventure we have taken together since our Mexico trip in 2008. We've had a flurry of packing and laundry but are almost set to go. Shep has been delivered to a kennel outside Corvallis to play with other doggies for the next week. Jay and I are both feverishly wrapping up things at our jobs to be gone for so long. Flights have been checked into!
